Interview Slot

This section can be utilized by the users to set their availability for any upcoming interview.

Set the timeslot & interval

User can select a timeslot from the drop-down menu and set a time interval using slider.

Time slices are displayed based on the given timeslot and the time interval. Users can select the time slices where they are available.

Users must select the days on which they are available for the given time slice.

User can click on reset button to clear the interview slot.

User can click on “SAVE” button to save the time slots on the selected days. The selected time slices for the selected days get filled into their particular day slot and a success message is shown at top right corner of the screen, as shown in the following image.

Edit time slot

More time slots can be added to a day. To edit a time slot on a particular day, select the day and click on the edit icon.

The day will be highlighted.

Select the time slices.

Click on “SAVE” button to save the changes.

Delete time slots

When the user wants to clear out the time slots for the day, user can click on the icon.

After clearing the time slots.

Block the days

Users can make the days in-active when they are not available by clicking on switch toggle and making it ddisable. This will make the days in-active as shown below:

Privacy

Users can set the visibility of the interview slot by toggling on marked icon. Users can set it to private if they do not want the interview time slot to be visible to the other users. They can set it as public to let the other users know about the interview slot.
