This section is further divided into following subsections:
Personal Information¶
User detailed personal information is displayed here.
Edit¶
User can edit their information by clicking on the edit button.
The following table describes the field constraints.
Once the user finishes updating their personal information editing, they can save it by clicking on the “SAVE” button. The user can cancel at any time their editing by clicking the “CANCEL” button
Education¶
User can fill in their education details and attach documents related to education (such as graduation certificate, marks cards, reports, etc).
Add¶
When education section is empty, click on the add button (‘+’ icon) or click on the box to add the education details.
If the education section contains education details, then to add more education detail, Click on the plus button.
Enter the correct education details in the respective fields, attach the documents in image/pdf format with file size less than 3 MB.
Add Qualification/University/School¶
If the user’s qualification is not listed, then the user can follow the below steps:
1. Click on the qualification dropdown field
2. Select “others” from the dropdown options
3. Another field named “Qualification Others” appears.
4. Enter the qualification details.
Once done providing the education details, user can click on the “SAVE” button.
Once done providing the education details, user can click on the “SAVE” button.
Privacy¶
The user can modify the privacy of the education section.

User can set the privacy as “Public” by clicking on lock icon, which will be visible to every user.

User can set it as “Private” by clicking on unlock icon if they want to view the section to only themselves and not visible to the other users.
Edit¶
User can edit the education details by clicking the edit icon.
Delete¶
User can delete the education details by clicking the delete icon.
A confirmation message pops up before deleting the education. Click on the “DELETE” button to confirm to delete the education detail. If user want to cancel to delete, then click on the “CANCEL” button.
Passport & Visa¶
User can fill in their passport and visa details, which would help for a wider job search opportunity.
Add Passport¶
When the passport and visa section is empty, user can click on the “+” icon or anywhere on the marked area to add the passport and visa.
If the section passport and visa section have a list of passports, then user can click on the plus button to add a new passport.
Fill in the country from the dropdown menu where the user can select the country from the dropdown list by searching for the country.
Select the passport expiry date and enter the passport number (Country is a mandatory field, Expiry date and Passport number can be left blank, but it is recommended to fill all the details).
After filling in the details, click on the “SAVE” button to save the passport details. If the user wishes to cancel the filled in passport detail, they can click the “CANCEL” button.
Edit Passport¶
If the user wants to change the passport details which is already listed, then they can edit the passport information by clicking on the edit icon of passport.
Click on “SAVE” button after editing.
Delete Passport¶
User can delete the passport by clicking on the delete icon of the passport (Note: if passport has any visa added to it, it will get deleted along with the passport).
A confirmation message pops up before deleting the passport. Click on the “DELETE” button to confirm to delete the passport. If user want to cancel to delete, then click on the “CANCEL” button.
Add Visa¶
Visa can be added once the user has a passport added to the section. User can then add the visa for the respective passport by clicking on the marked icon, shown below:
Fill in the required fields. Select the country from the dropdown menu, choose a visa category from the dropdown menu and enter the visa type and date.
Once done, click on the “SAVE” button to save the details of visa, else click on “CANCEL” to close the visa details.
User can add multiple visas under a passport by clicking on the marked icon.
After adding visa information.
User can hide the list of visas under a particular passport by toggling the marked text:

Edit Visa¶
User can edit the visa information by clicking on the edit icon.
Delete Visa¶
User can delete the visa information by clicking on the delete icon.
Privacy¶
User can set the visibility of the passport to public if they wish to share it to other users, else private if they don’t want the passport information to be visible to anyone except themselves.
Visibility can be set by toggling between the lock icon as show below. Click on the marked icon to change the visibility to public

Dependent¶
This subsection can be used to save and display the dependent information of the user.
Add Dependent¶
When the dependent section is empty, User can click on the “+” icon or the anywhere on the marked area to add the dependent information.
If the dependent has a list of dependents, then user can click on the plus button to add a new dependent.
Fill in the required details. Type the dependent name (mandatory field), select the relationship of the dependent to the user, set the date of birth of the dependent and from the dropdown menu select the employment status. Enter the camisens username if the dependent is employed under camisens.
After filling in the details, click on the “SAVE” button to save the dependent information. If the user wishes to cancel the filled in dependent information, they can click the “CANCEL” button.
Edit Dependent¶
If the user wants to change the dependent details which is already listed, then they can edit the dependent by clicking on the edit icon.
