Dashboard

Dashboard & Report give a summarized and graphical representation of user information. User can access the reports by clicking on the Dashboard button.

View Dashboard

The user can view the dashboard by following the below steps Click on the menu button at the top right corner and then select Dashboard from the menu

The user would be taken to the dashboard page where they can view their progress in the form of a graphical representation in the dashboard. Each chart shows the representation of data within a range of periods which is displayed on the chart.

By default, the Job seeker tab would be selected and default graphs set up by the system would be shown. If no data then, a “No result found” message will be shown on the card.

When changing the tab to training, graphs related to training would be shown.

Customize Graphs

User can customize the graphs by clicking on the customize button.

Add, edit, cancel, and reset options will be provided when the user clicks the customize button.

Reset Graph

• Reset – Remove the changes made by the user and loads the default graphs set.

Add Graph

• Add – The user can add multiple report charts to the dashboard.
• Click on add button and a dialog will all the graphs available opens

• User can search for specific graphs from the search bar
• The graphs already present in the dashboard will be presented with an ‘i’ button and different graphs available for them will be disabled.
• User can choose the graphs need by toggling between them and clicking on the ‘+’ button to add the graph. Multiple graphs can be added at once before saving.
• Once all the graphs are selected. Click save
• Page will refresh and the graphs selected will be added to the dashboard screen.

Edit Graph

• Edit - If the user wants to change the existing report chart or change the chart style, they can edit the report chart by clicking on the "Edit " button.

• Click on the edit button and get options to edit, extend and cancel operations on each card.

• Only one card can be edited at a time
• Click on the edit button on the card and dialogue will all graphs available would open

• User can search for specific graphs from the search bar
• The “change” button for the card the is trying to edit will be enabled. User can switch with any other chart.
• User can change the graph they need and the change button would enable and disable based on the selection.
• when clicked on change the page refreshed to update the list

Resizing Chart

Charts can be resized by clicking on the resize button available chart.

Clicking on the resize button will enlarge the chart as shown below

Click on the resize button to resize the char again back to normal size.

Delete Report Chart

User can delete the report chart by clicking on the "cross button".

A confirmation dialogue opens up and clicks on remove to remove the graph from the list.

If all the graph from the list is removed then the page refreshes the and default set would be shown.

• Cancel – will close the customize screen

Detailed Report View

Click on the Chart header to view a detailed report of the chart data.

User will be taken to the detailed report page with expected filtered data and charts.
