Job Apply¶
Seeker can apply for any job by clicking on the apply button (button present in job list left card, right card, detailed page, and my jobs page)
If the job is posted with an external link, then the seeker would be taken to that external link site. When the seeker applies from an external site he would not be notified of any updates from camisens.
If the job is not posted with an external link then, a dialogue will list all the existing resumes of the user from his profile. The user can add another resume if required. If the job post has any questions, then a continue button would be shown at the bottom and upon selecting a resume this button would be enabled allowing the seeker to move to the next step. If there are only a few questions to be asked, then it would be shown in the dialogue itself otherswise the seeker would be taken to the answering page.
If the seeker doesn’t have a resume in their profile, the dialogue list would be empty as below
The seeker can add one by clicking on the upload button. Either way, they can always upload a new resume at any time. Click on the upload button to get options to add the title and latest resume.
Once the seeker adds the title and attaches their resume, the continue button would be enabled and they can proceed with the next steps.
Click on the continue button, they would be taken to the answering page where they have to answer a few sets of questions.
On the answering page, the seeker can see the resume they added at the top left corner, they can edit the same by clicking on the edit button on the right side.
Progress Bar¶
The progress bar indicates the number of sections present to be answered. The leaf droplet being orange indicates the seeker’s current position and the green leaf droplets indicate the sections the seeker has already answered. The seeker can navigate between the sections by clicking on the leaf droplets of completed sections. All the mandatory questions must be answered to move to the next step.
The seeker can go back to any section and recheck their answers before the final submission. Once they reach the last section, the seeker can find the apply button. when clicked the final submission would be done and they would be redirected to the job list page after 3 seconds.
If the job post doesn’t have any questions, they can directly apply once they select a resume. Once applied successfully, the apply button would have changed to applied. An email would be sent to the registered email id on successfully applying for the job post.
When clicked on the applied button, a dialogue shows the Applicant’s history.
