My Jobs

Once the seeker comes to the job list page, they can see the "My Jobs" button at the top right corner of the job list page.

In “My Jobs” page, seeker can find all the jobs that they had bookmarked/saved and applied and referred by someone.

"My Jobs" page shows the different current states of jobs.

The seeker can perform a live search in job posts using the job post title or reference id of the job post.

Jobs Quick Filter

The job filter is a quick dropdown where the seeker can filter out jobs belonging to multiple categories at a time. This filter also shows the total count of applied, saved, or reported jobs that the seeker have in their list.

The seeker can see the filters they applied in the form of capsules.

If the filter applied is more than one, then the seeker can view the count of the filters applied with the last recently checked filter label.

The seeker can also open the respective filter dialogue by clicking on the capsules or clear the filter by clicking on the cross icon toward the right of the capsule.

Status Quick Filter

The status filter is a quick dropdown where you can filter out jobs that are either active or expired. This filter also shows the total count of active and expired jobs in your list.

The seeker can see the filters they applied in the form of capsules below.

If the filter applied is more than one, then the seeker can view the count of the filters applied with the last recently checked filter label.

Sort By

This will sort the jobs based on input given. The seeker can sort the jobs based on three criteria. By default jobs would be sorted under Recent jobs – descending

  1. Recent jobs(ascending or descending) – sort happens based on the recent jobs added to "my jobs" list
  2. Job Title(ascending or descending) – sort happens based on the title
  3. Organization(ascending or descending) - sort happens based on the organization title

When clicked on the filter button, a filter panel opens to the right of the screen, which contains various filter options

Referrals

Seeker will get a list of job posts that were referred to the seeker by someone if any are present.

Job Type

It describes the type of the job, These filters show up in the filter depending on the jobs the seeker is saving or applying. It also shows the total count of each job type available in the list.

Location

This filter would filter job posting from the seeker list based on the locations selected. It also shows the total count of each location available in the list.

To each filter when any of the fields under them is checked the main label will have a count to indicate that the filter is selected.

Clear Button

The clear button on the filters would help the seeker clear their check-ins of that particular filter area.

Apply and Clear All Buttons

Click on the apply filter button to apply the changes and clear all the changes at once by clicking on the clear all button.

My Jobs Cards

Here the seeker can find 2 types of cards containing details depending on their state. The common details among them are:

  1. Job title – when clicked takes to a detailed page
  2. Company name – when clicked takes to the company profile
  3. Job Id
  4. Experience in years required
  5. Job type of the post
  6. Salary on a daily or weekly or monthly or yearly basis
  7. Location of the job
  8. Applied on view count of that job post
  9. Share button to copy the job post link or share on different social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  10. Report button - report any job post. (Report button is shown only if job posts are active).

When job post is Applied

  1. Document attached at the time of applying – the seeker can download it by clicking on the document file name.
  2. Applied Date
  3. Applied button – shows the Applicant’s history.
  4. Active button - indications that the job post is still active (in case of active job posts)
  5. Inactive or Expired - indications that the job post is still active (in case of inactive job posts or expired posts)

When the job post is Saved

  1. Bookmark button - indicating that the job post is saved.
  2. Apply button - to apply for the job. (shown only if job posts are active).

Pagination

Each page would contain Eight Job posts and when the count increases to more than Eight Job posts, then pagination would be shown.
