In detailed page of any job, a referral button is present on the detailed card. When clicked it takes them to the referral page.
The referral page would contain details like
- Job title of the job that is being referred to another person
- Company name
- Job Id
- Experience needed for that post
- Job Type
- Job role
- Referrer details – The person who is referring the job post (Name and email id would be shown)
- At the top right corner, the seeker has the jobs button to go back to the job list page
The Referrer has to fill in the candidate details like the candidate’s name, email id, country code, and phone number (of the person the referrer is referring the job post to).
Once all the details are filled in, the referrer can click on the next button to go to the referral questions page or clear the entered details by clicking on the clear button.
Once clicked on next, the referrer would be taken to the referral questions page where they hav to answer a few questions related to the referral process and the person they are referring. The referrer can also edit the candidate details, they entered by clicking on the edit icon on the top right card.
Once the referrer answers the referral party questionnaire. They get notified through email and also would get a notification in the notification panel.
The candidate they had referred would get an email stating that he has been referred to that job post and a link would be attached in the mail for the candidate to access the job post and apply.
The referrer can also see a "My Referrals" button with the count of the number of referrals done has appeared on the top beside the jobs button.
Click on the "My referrals" button, a dialog opens where they can see a list of candidates referred. The referrer can click on the email or phone number of the candidate details shown to directly contact or mail them.
A timer would be running towards the right of each candidate’s details showcasing the time left for resending the referral email.
The referrer can refer any number of persons they wish to, but if the person they are trying to refer is already referred by someone else or that candidate detail is already present with the company, then the referrer would be shown a message card saying that the candidate details are already present.
